Simply visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to get started. There you can register your return and choose your preferred return option (return by mail or in-store, if available).

For a smooth return, pack the goods securely – preferably in the original packaging if possible. Then send your return with the specified carrier or return it in store, depending on which option you have chosen.
